Who We Are
Hello, my name is John K.K. Jones, owner and operator of Foresight Property Inspections. I'm an interNACHI Certified Professional Inspector®, also certified through the HomeSpection® Training Institute, servicing the Northeast Ohio counties of Summit, Wayne, Medina, Lorain, Tuscarawas, Stark, Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Portage (will travel further upon request). I founded Foresight Property Inspections out of a clear demand for competent, reputable, and fairly-priced home inspection service providers.
The most careful investment a family will ever make over the course of their lifetime is in a new home. We at Foresight Property Inspections know exactly how uncertain, how overwhelming, and how costly purchasing a new home can be. Our goal in our interactions with each and every member of our clientele is to report on all aspects of a potential new home, both positive and negative.
