We at Foresight Property Inspections understand what a tumultuous experience one can have while investing in your dream home. You want everything to be perfect, but you also need to be sure everything is perfect. That's where we come in. We treat your investment as if it is our investment.

A home inspection is when a certified/licensed home inspector compiles his evaluations of the current to-date condition of an inspected property into a legal document called a GHI (General Home Inspection) report. At Foresight, we conduct a 400-point digital report of your potential property. Our report will include thorough descriptions, images, and recommendations regarding the following components of the property:

    • shingles, chimney, gutters, etc.
  • Exterior
    • siding, trim, veneer, etc.
  • Grounds & Drainage
    • driveway, porch, deck, etc.
  • HVAC
    • air conditioner, furnace, humidifier, etc.
  • Plumbing
    • toilets, sinks, bathtubs/showers, etc.
  • Electrical
    • breaker panels, outlets, light switches, etc.
  • Kitchen & Laundry
    • cabinets, stoves, washers/dryers, etc.
  • Bathroom
    • cabinets, tilework, plumbing, etc.
  • Interior Rooms
    • windows, doors, walls, carpet/flooring, etc.
  • Garage/Carpool
    • door opener, roof, foundation, etc.
  • Attic
    • ventilation, insulation, framing, etc.
  • Foundation
    • drainage, foundation walls, insulation, etc.
As well as general property inspections, we also conduct radon testing, mold inspections, and wood-destroying insect inspections.

Our inspections are non-invasive and non-destructive to the property. We won't even set one dirty shoe inside. Everything will be left exactly as found.
